Optimum Building Systems is the first EIFS contractor in the Northeast to offer Prodema^® wood composite panels. Prodema's ProdEX exterior coverings combine the natural beauty and inviting warmth of wood with superior strength, weather resistance, and fire protection (ProdEX IGN). Headquartered in Spain, the company's products are featured on commercial projects across the country. Examples include the USF Moffitt Cancer Center (Tampa, FL), Becton Dickinson campus center (Franklin Lakes, NJ), and Virtua Hospital (Voorhees, NJ). In 2013, Optimum Building Systems installed ProdEX panels on the upscale, eco-concious Hotel Vermont in Burlington, Vermont, which has been featured in reviews in Fodor's, the Huffington Post, the New York Times, and Zagat.
