LINX, Watertown, MA
LINX is an innovative office building located in Watertown, Massachusetts. Formerly a Verizon warehouse, the 185,000 square foot facility features a soaring atrium, bike storage, and access to the Dr. Paul Dudley White Bike Path. The atrium mural is composed of panels that are precisely aligned on the vertical and horizontal axis during installation. The configuration starts at 30' and drops to the floor where it is supported by adjustable tensioners to control movement and adjustment.

Optimum Building Systems installed ceiling panels from the Aukustika line by Filzfelt in the Bank of America location in Bedford, Massachusetts. An innovative design of felt and substrate material combines beauty and functionality, providing an efficient and easy-to-maintain ceiling treatment. This installation is being used as the benchmark for all new and remodeled Bank of America locations throughout New England.
