In addition to being approved installers of the leading building envelope systems (air and vapor barrier) from Carlisle, Henry, Tremco, and Grace, and fire stop systems from Hilti and STI, we also provide finish caulking, acoustement spray from Monoglass and Pyrok, blown-in insulation and open and closed cell spray foam from Acelle and Demilec.

Acoustement spray and smooth products
Acoustement products are free from asbestos, cellulose, and mineral fibers. These products are used in areas of high abuse, such as hostile industrial enviroments and correctional facilities and provide excellent sound absorption. Optimum building systems is a certified installer of products from Pyrok and Monoglass.
Commercial and firesafing insulation
Insulation comes in a variety of forms - fiberglass bat and board, rock wool (mineral), and spray foam. Safing insulation is typically used in curtain wall and perimeter containment assemblies. It is non-combustible, doesn't corrode or mildew, and is impervious to insects and rodents. It is specified by hour-rating.
