LEED-certified builder
Optimum Building Systems has partcipated in a number of projects requiring LEED certification, including the Pizzagalli Center for Art and Education at the Shelburne Museum, Shelburne, Vermont. The facility, which opened August 23, 2013, provides year round cultural and educational offerings in northern Vermont. Strict adherence to LEED standards for environmental efficiency were critical in the design and construction as the building's environment must be kept at precise temperature and humidity levels required for the display of art on loan from other museums.
