AVALT and VantEdge Launch Wall Works Holdings, Acquire Optimum Building Systems

On Monday, May 5, 2025, AVALT and VantEdge announced the formation of WallWorks Holdings, which partners with leading regional construction contractors. WallWorks Holdings announced the acquisition of Optimum Building Systems (OBS) of Litchfield, New Hampshire, one of New England’s leading fast-track providers of drywall, acoustic ceiling tile, waterproofing, and exterior cladding installation services to general contractors.
