Project Details

The 305, A Broadstone Community (also known as Broadstone 305) is a multifamily residential project that spans 547,000 square feet in Waltham, MA. Erland Construction selected Optimum Building Systems (OBS) as the waterproofing sub-contractor. The 8-story high-rise features 314 units,  a 2-story lobby, fitness center, dedicated work-from-home areas, a concealed speakeasy, and a top-floor sky deck and lounge.

Over  15,000 square feet of Henry Prodeq was used for the rooftop application. Tremco interior primary and finish sealants were used, as well as Xypex Concentrate for the elevator pit waterproofing.

The 305, A Broadstone Community opened to the public in the spring of 2024.
