Project Details

Founders Hall at Burr & Burton Academy in Manchester, Vermont is a three-story academic building designed to advance the independent high school’s integrated, project-based learning mission. It features classrooms, a library, a maker space, and a common area to support cross-disciplinary learning in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM).

Optimum Building Systems (OBS) was chosen as the waterproofing sub-contractor. OBS used products from Carlisle Coatings, Xypex, Owens-Corning, Dow®, Tremco CPG, and Pecora for the 26,647 square foot project, which was completed in November 2021.
